Welcome to Integrity Women’s Health, LLC.  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products related to health and fertility coaching, including acupuncture services, and Chinese Medicine (“Services”). 1.2. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services 2.1. Our Services include health and fertility coaching, acupuncture, and Chinese herbal medicine sessions provided both online and in-person. 2.2. Information provided on this website is  intended for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility 3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. 3.2. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed in these Terms and that you won’t use our Services in a way that violates any laws or regulations.

4. Appointments and Cancellations 4.1. Appointments for Services can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. 4.2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as outlined on our intake forms.

5. Payment and Refunds 5.1. Payment for coaching Services must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. 5.2. We accept various payment methods as detailed on our website. 

5.3 Refund Policy: Health Coaching

There are no refunds for health coaching services. I am committed to coaching you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in the coaching process.  It is to your benefit to decide before purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you.  If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.

6. Health Disclaimer 6.1. The information provided through our website is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 6.2. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. 6.3. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on our website or discussed with our coaches.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrity Women’s Health, LLC  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

8. Privacy Policy 8.1. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
